How Can I Cancel an Order?

You may cancel your order directly from your order confirmation email within 1 hour of placing it. Simply scroll down to the “Changed Your Mind?” section and click the cancellation link.

If more than 60 minutes have passed since you placed your order, please email us at support@issmos.com with your order number and cancellation request. Our team will do their best to assist you with an alternative solution.
I Canceled My Order, But I’m Not Sure It Went Through

If you successfully canceled your order using the link in your confirmation email, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email shortly afterward.

If you did not receive a cancellation confirmation, please contact us at support@issmos.com (include your order number) so we can verify the status for you.
I Don’t See the Option to Self-Cancel

If the cancellation option does not appear in your confirmation email, please email us at support@issmos.com immediately, including your order number and cancellation or change request.

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund under our [Refund Policy].
